First impressions of hotel was WOW! Amazing reception and lobby. Bit disappointed with location of room - overlooking the car park - but the beds were extremely comfy. Lovely outside pool area overlooking the marina. Service at pool bar a bit slow - my friend waited 10 minutes to be served, wasn't even acknowledged, so gave up waiting! Didn't chose the breakfast option, but found a great little cafe to the left of the hotel serving fabulous breakfasts. Plenty of restaurants nearby, had a great lunch at the Irish bar, about 10 minutes walk away. Quite a walk to the centre, 30 minutes, but the hotel does provide a free mini bus twice a day. Took a taxi from the airport - only 10 minutes. They have set prices from the airport, our Taxi was 21 euros. But going back was more - 37 euros. Spent the day at Soller. Takes about an hour to get there on a vintage wooden train! Well worth a visit. Get the number 4 bus from the back of the hotel - takes you to the train station.

The room is spacious and really clean. The good thing about the room is that when you get your card out, some lights/electricity turns off but the air condition stays on, so when you get back to your room from a hot day, you can feel relief right away :) The hotel itself is beautiful with a nice pool (though a little bit small) and really big lobby. We also got vouchers for complementary drinks at bar from Mrs. Pilar Rueda, a Hotel Guest Experience Manager which is a quite nice gesture :) Also, the hotel offers free bus to city center three times per day. Our family really enjoyed staying here generally and would definitely come back.

Breakfast good, lots of options for all, from cakes & pastries, continental, lots of different breads and traditional cooked breakfast. Loads of fruits, juices and cava :-) Also, alternative milk options. Hotel bar good and staff great. Lovely wine and cocktails Only used the gym once but it had enough equipment for a decent workout. Location great, 1 mile walk to the old town/cathedral. The Santa Catalina district sits behind the hotel and towards the direction of the old town and is great for decent coffees/take out and lots of tapas and brunch restaurants plus small food market which was great to look around

Comfortable bed. Lovely lobby. Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly. Welcome drink. All rooms have balconies. Lots of sun loungers and staff try to police people reserving them so as a family of six we were usually able to get one even though it was very busy, high season. Good sized pool. We had a late flight home so were accommodated with a complimentary hour in a room to have a shower before we left, much appreciated.

The premier level room and lounge facilities were superb, very suitable for us as we were travelling with a 7 month old baby.
